Upper Maryland Eastern Shore Consortium

The Upper Maryland Eastern Shore Consortium consists of Talbot County Emergency Management Agency, Caroline County Emergency Management Agency, and Queen Anne's County Department of Emergency Services.  Together we operate a Tri-County Motorola SmartZone radio system.  Each county has three (3) transmitting tower sites and one (1) dispatch center for the respective county.  This radio system serves public safety entities as well as local government functions in each county.  We also have many State agencies such as Maryland State Police, Dept of Natural Resources Police and State Highway Administration as users of our system.
