Submit Your Site Plan

Talbot County Emergency Services in coordination with our Volunteer Fire and Law Enforcement response partners have provided a way for businesses, nursing homes, and other facilities that are required to submit hazardous Materials (SARA Title 2) reports and site plans to the Local Emergency planning Council (LEPC).

• We have provided a Pre-Response Template for those who would like to submit information that will assist our first responders in responding and managing an emergency situation at your facility.

• Those submitting “Tier 2” reports and site plans may do so by completing the general submission information and attaching a “PDF” of the form as well as a site plan.
